I was thinking maybe I'll pick up one of these TM-868 units, with a '220-110v AC Home Adapter'. I'm on the Euro standard here with 220v (I think) and a two prong connector, that fits an outlike like this.

If I get one of these, then I already have 220-110V transformer thing included with the TM-868 (the so-called AC home adapter), so I just need an adaptor for the plug-in... right? Something like this?

See, I have a chance to buy one of these in the US, and have somebody bring it back -- this would be less than half the cost of buying one here in Moscow or Vladivostok.
