Right-Click it and select Exit.
But then your TouchScreen won't work when your touching it. You need this program running in your SysTray.

No you don't have to do that yourself. You need to read the message in the Statusbar. Drag TB over to your primary monitor and you should be able to read the message.
PS:
What Zorlac Asked....
- Is your Touchscreen connected to your game computer?
- Are you running TB in Local or Client/Server mode?
