Well I rejoiced too quickly...
I moved my touchscreen to my main computer and IL-2 indeed works perfectly with TB.
However now TB does not work in local mode with Strike Fighters. I get the symptoms described by Zippo in this thread :

so I assume Strike Fighters uses
SetCapture to lock the mouse cursor and I'm screwed.
Anyway it seems it could have been a pain for me to run in local mode anyway since it seems I have to disable Crossfire in my ATI control panel everytime i want to activate the secondary monitor....
So Zorlac I suppose you can add in the FAQ that Strike Fighters does not work in local mode.
