Its just a monitor. I went to a car audio place and the guy told me you need a minimum 12 V 3 Amp adapter. The radio shack guy actually said 12 V 1 Amp -as you can tell I am electrically challenged
. I have spliced the adapter, but I'm still trying to get 4 monitors to work. My next attempt is three monitors (working now) with this screen as a tv (using an s-video to composite adapter).
Lucky I did not leave the room on an last night as the 1 amp adapter literally melted-could have been a fire hazard.
