Hey Snake, glad you like the profile.

I would be interested in your profile .tbs for both air and ground, I was planning on implemeting this however, if you've already done it, I will give them the once over and included them in my profile download. Will just require one more for Taxi then.

Right then, answers to your questions:

1. ICP Tab - HUD Switch ATT / FPM / OFF. This is the Flight Path MArker control switch, the F4AF key combination is Ctrl-Shift-Alt-f as described in the Key Map, HUD section in the Battlefield Operations Menu. You can tell this is working by viewing the HUD and looking for the aircraft symbol and the pitch ladder cycling as you press it.

2. ICP Tab - HUD Switch VV/VAH / VV / OFF. This is the scales switch and uses Ctrl-Shift-Alt-h, this cycles through displaying the Vertical Velocity scale, VV, Altitude and Heading Scale and Off. These will only be displayed if you have analogue tapes selected using Crtl-h, you will only see the vv in HUD NAV mode.

3. Ah ha, you got me there. At present you can only cycle using one switch allocation, so Rad Alt will not work correctly at present. Z has mentioned the possibility of allowing different switch cycling, however he is currently working on greater things at present. So yes you are right, I cheated and only allowed off to stby until Z does his magic.

Oh, and as my instructors tell me, there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. Or is that a stupid answer?

PM your email and I'll get those preset .tbs files off you, if thats ok.

Keep your six clear

Firstly though I want to take this opportunity to thank you both for your efforts with the F4AF profiles for TB. I started off with Vegas's, and am now running with SytReps - Graphically outstanding!

Have spent the past couple of hours revamping SytReps profile.

I have one for "In the Air" (i.e. All the TB icons are a mirror image as to what position the switches are in the F16 cockpit during the "basic handling" training mission.).

And I have one for "On the Ground". Ready for a RAMP start. Whereby most of the switches are in the "Off" state.

My questions are:

1. ICP Tab - HUD Switch ATT / FPM / OFF. The profile had this as Ctrl-Shift-Alt-f. I couldnt find this combination anywhere in the Keys file in my installation (thats original Keys file, and the Jagstang Keys file I use with my cougar). But can you confirm it should have been Shift-Ctrl-Alt-P (Toggle Pitch Ladder)?

2. ICP Tab - HUD Switch VV/VAH / VV / OFF. Profile had this as Ctrl-Shift-Alt-h. I couldnt find this combination anywhere either. Can you confirm it should have been just the "h" key (Toggle Scales)?

3. Flight Tab - RAD ALT - ON / STBY / OFF. The profile has this as a Toggle for Ctrl-A. However, This particular switch has three different key combinations to toggle its state i.e.

Alt-A Radar Altimeter Off
Shift-A Radar Altimeter On
Ctrl-A Radar Altimeter Standby

How do I go about having three seperate (RAD ALT) buttons in the TB window so that I can toggle the RAD ALT states?

The above is probably a stupid question. So I apologise in advance.

Thanks for reading.
