which profile were you running at the time? Were you running a profile with any active modules or click-throughs? These get updated every 1 second (by default), and can cause a processor load (especially if my dodgy debug was still writing out to the debug file <sigh>
Not sure what TB is doing to take the focus away. There are only two places were that can happen, so just curious which profile it was so i can go test.

It would go from 1% - 15% about every second, and seemed to take the focus away from what I was doing. At one point I was trying to open the Folder combobox when saving a file, and every time it opened, it would lose focus and close. I had to close TB to get it to work.
