I was originally going to use transparencies. The problem was that .png's don't show in ToolKit and .gif's are 256 color and don't show shadows worth a damn.

And it's frustrating as hell to line up .png's by firing up TK, moving the .png then firing up TB to verify. So my profile is a mix of the hotspots that worked for me at the beginning, and my "fix" by using images. Hotspots are easy to position though, even I don't have a problem with them.

Part of it is probably just me being lazy and not wanting to go back into Photoshop to redo the hotspots into images. Now that I know what works I'll still prolly use a combination of both because my mind is twisted that way.
