I got a program called TSDisp to work.
Works over my "Tabs" on the 2nd PC running TB in Client - no slow downs, stutters etc. Works as advertised on the Tin.
App itself is pretty basic (not as sophisticated as TS Overlay for example). But its functional, and works the way I wanted it to.
