Yes it can! - Open the profile in the Toolkit.
- Click on the Windows Tab.
- There is a little blue monitor button that lets you select the startup coordinates for all of your monitors. Just click that, and click the monitor you want it to start on.
- Close that little window.
- You can also select to hide the Titlebar and also maximize the TB Profile window.
- Save your profile and test it.
