I have been seduced by the goal of this project so have purchased a new computer to work as the server and have a touch screen that I am using for the client.
I have tried to get both Falcon Af and ARMA to work, no such luck.
Well were do I start.
I have a Windows XP 64 professional as my host.
Host: Amd x2 4800, 2G, 7900 in SLI. Regular 21 inch crt monitor
(Game computer)
Networked with Netmagic- IP: 192.168.0.104
client
Windows xp- (32) Home edition
AMD- X2 4200, 6800 pci card, 17inch LCD monitor with magitouch touch overlay.
IP: 192.168.0.102
launch a profile for say ARMA-
Launches fine have my client have the wonderful button filled paradise of commands I will never be able to remember.
Da**, Da**, *&%$#$%@)^*&#, expletive, expletive, no joy.
In the tab the little macro info shows that stuff is getting sent. Macro yada yada, yada sent.
No information is sent to the game. Nothing happens within the game.
This is the profile I have been trying to use for ARMA.
Have attached the most excellent profile of one of your contributors to see if that is part of my problem. (slightly modified by me)
Any assistance you can give would be great.
I do know that the computers do see each other since I can use synergy to do work on this dual system. Synergy being a program to allow the keyboard and mouse to scroll from one system to the other. Do not use synergy when attempting to have the computers work in
