Yes, I would be happy to share my Fireworks PNG files with you. Maybe you can help me. I actually wanted to post those files to share with everyone as an example. But Since I use Fireworks, and most people don't, a .png file didn't make much sense. But my old version of Fireworks is able to save as a .psp file. But when I open that up in GIMP, it seems that all the objects are on separate layers. And some of the 3D Effects don't get saved. So, I don't know if it will totally work for you, but maybe you can take a look at it and tell me.
If I find time to do another profile I'll probably try to learn GIMP.
Also, have you seen the demo videos about how to create a simple profile?

Glad you like my IL2 profile. I know it wasn't much use because of the missing commands. But another member here was going to help me with that but must have got to busy because he never followed up. So, I finally got around to updating that profile with lot's of new stuff. So hang in there and I'll post a new version soon. Maybe in the next week or two.

That error message just means that the button does not have any macros. And this is my own idea. It is 'not' a game command. It is just a toggle button in the game that changes colors from Red to Blue so I can remember who the friends and Enemies are. It just helps my short term memory in my old age. Actually I don't use it much anymore.
Here's a sample of my new IL2 tabs:
