PS, I just tested this with the Windows Calcuator and it worked. Just put Calculator in as the Window's name.

Also, I just realized your title of this thread asked for Click-Through, but in your message you don't say anything about click-through.

If you just want an transparent area on a tab, zorlac has a sample tab called 'Transparent' in the demo-profile.tbc sample that comes with TB. I just tested it and could not get it to work. His sample uses Red (255,0,0) as the color in his image he wants to be transparent. Then you just go to the Tab Editor for that tab and set the Transparancy color to 255,0,0 as well. That is supposed to do it.

And I also just noticed this at the end of the touchbuddy.cfg file. I don't know if it works or not, but to be safe make sure it is 1.

# Enable/Disable the ability to use Transparency/Transluceny on tabs (set to 0 to disable)
enable_transparent_tabs = 1
