That import feature is a little flakey. I have always been able to get it to work by trying a few different things. Make sure both profiles are in the same folder with their image folders so the path to the images will be the same. Make a copy of the profile you are importing and then you could try deleting the the other tabs. I don't think this is the problem, but you never know. Also, try deleting any modules or plugins if you have them on the tab. That's about all I can think of. I don't think many users have used that feature.
