Nobody has tried this that I now of... But you could specify your flash window in the Macro 'Send To' textbox, and have the TouchBuddy window (Default tab in the Toolkit) just send it to the current window. (leave it blank like it is, or try using it somehow..)

You'll have to read about how to use that Send to feature. So a search on the forums if you want. It's usually just the name in the titlebar of the window, but your flash does not have a titlebar window. So you will have to use a tool to figure it out..
