The folly of my question did appear to me after posting. However, doesnt a program like Joy2Key allow you to stick another Key press on your left Mouse Button? Allowing the Fire Button to be changed with in game.

However, the left mouse button click is probably happening deep within the bowels of the OS. And it doesnt matter at what cosmetic level you fool the LMB to be, it is'nt a solution.

Just a minute (I use the program with ArmA to give my JS/Throttle buttons the keypresses - it saves having to progarm via Foxy) - Simple, and straight forward.

Will get the link .... Don't move !

On reflection. I don't think this will help. Unless, Windows thinks the Mouse is some kind of "Joystick" ?

I remember last year, when you couldn't get TB to work properly in Local Z. We all thought Client/Server was the only solution.

Then along came our very own Wild Bill, who pointed us all in the right direction.

This, is just a ... ahem (minor).. setback.

I have found something that *MIGHT* help (intercept system wide mouse messages, and ignore mouse click messages if mouse is over the TB window), but havent started coding yet. No promises it will work, or even if I can manage to get it running today

This could be far more tricky than I at first thought, and may only work with "skinned" tabs.... i may in fact making TB ignore the clicks too, which wouldnt be good
