Hey all,
I've found that when i try and close touchbuddy after use, it crashes and windows then needs to close it. Not sure if this is a bug or not. I also have trouble displaying all the buttons in profiles on my 7" screen, but i'm assuming i need to download the toolkit to address this. Not sure if it's related or not. Cheers |

TB locking up when you try to shut it down is a known problem, unlikely to get fixed as there is currently no developement work ongoing.
To get all the buttons to display on a small screen you may need to alter the original profile with the toolkit. I would first check the scalling options in the TB config file, can't remember offhand what the default is but try experimenting to see what works. [I think profile_scaling = 1 is what you need to set] e.g. this section of config file :- #===================== # enable/disable profile scaling. # This enables TouchBuddy to scale all the buttons, images and # screen positions at initial load time, so that they fit on a # screen of any size (within reason!). If you enable this option, # set the native size of your screen below in "screen_resolution". # NOTE: The scaling only happens once, when you load the profile. # It will not scale the profile if you resize the window with # after you have loaded the profile. profile_scaling = 0 # set the *NATIVE* screen resolution of your screen here # (Width, Height) screen_resolution = 800,600 # Tells TouchBuddy to not "squash" the profiles if you have # profile_scaling enabled preserve_aspect_ratio = 1 #===================================== |
