TBTK 1.0 Crash - Same BG used under different tabs

Don't know if this is something TB won't allow in the first place, but when trying to assign a BG image that is already being used by another tab, I get an error that image is not unique and then TBTK promptly closes.

This is in TB or TBTk? The Toolkit doesn't care what images you use anywhere at all. In a button they need to be the same size, but that is because TB will crash if they are not. That's all I can remember from here...

This was in using TBTK - I added a BG image to one tab. Moved to the next, tried to assign the same image to the next tab, and it crashed out saying it wasn't a "unique" something or other (i can test it again later tonight)
