which profile were you running at the time? Were you running a profile with any active modules or click-throughs? These get updated every 1 second (by default), and can cause a processor load (especially if my dodgy debug was still writing out to the debug file <sigh>

Not sure what TB is doing to take the focus away. There are only two places were that can happen, so just curious which profile it was so i can go test.

It would go from 1% - 15% about every second, and seemed to take the focus away from what I was doing. At one point I was trying to open the Folder combobox when saving a file, and every time it opened, it would lose focus and close. I had to close TB to get it to work.

I was using my IL2 profile with no modules or plugins. I also went into the touchbuddy.cfg and set the 'active_plugin_update' variable to 100 to see if it would wait 10 seconds for the cpu usage to spike, but that wasn't it. And I wasn't using any modules anyhow.

I have been running the new rev 11 you just posted for about 3 minutes now, watching the cpu usage and it is not spikeing every 1 second now. (but that was not consistiently doing it before either. It did it yesterday after I had TB running for about 30 minutes, so I shut TB down and reloaded it and it went away. Then today it did it right when I started TB and continued for about 40 mins)

Also, in rev 8 & 9 I have noticed that TB was not a quick to change tabs as 1.02, but I didn't say anything because after your last fix, it was such an improvement (even though maybe 15% slower than 1.02, it was not something I was going to post about). But this new rev 11 is as fast as 1.02 now. I definitly notice the difference.

I hope it keeps working this way. I'll keep an eye on it...
