rFactor profile revised v1.1

My original rFactor 8x6 profile, from the moment I hit save, I thought was just a mess.
I rearranged the buttons a bit and tidied up, hopefully this one is more aesthetically pleasing, and make more sense from a grouping standpoint.

Still working slowly on that long term project of coming up with something 1/10th as beautiful as Primaryman's LFS profiles.

Z or WBK, is there any back-end magic that needs to be performed to enable the downloading of the new profile?

No, there shouldn't. Why do you ask? I see that it has 27 downloads. And I just downloaded it.

It's still handing out v1 instead of v1.1.
I uploaded v1.1 yesterday when I edited the profile description, is that not the correct way to update a profile?

I'm not expert at this, but there is an option to rename the download file on that page. I think that maybe even though you uploaded a new file, it has the old filename when downloaded.

Try downloading it again and look closely at the download. Is it the new version? If so, try using that rename field to update it again.

Once again Bill, you are correct. Does that ever get old?

So it seems to be the right file, wrong name. Nowhere to edit file names on my screen either, must be an Admin thing like the filters.

If someone would be so kind to rename rFactor_8x6_v1.zip to rFactor_8x6_v1.1.zip, I would greatly appreciate it.

It will only get old if I am wrong all the time. I'm not always sure what extra stuff mods can see that users can't. It would seem that if you can upload a new file for an old upload, it would let you fix the name, right? Makes sence to me, but I don't know these forums well enough to say.

So, I assume it expects you to make a brand new upload for a new version. I guess you can't upload a new version in an old upload and have it be a new name.
