I couldn't see where/how to do an upload in that section :-(

I think we're confused here. You uploaded your original F4AF profile (Magnums F4-AF Profile) there yesterday, so you should know how to upload there. You should delete your original one with the errors, and upload a your new one. Just click on the 'Add Link' in the menu near the top of the page.

If you have problems deleting your original one I can do it for you.

there is a file size limit for zips (aparntly!)

But the limit for .zip files is over 12meg there.
