F4 - Ramp Startup Trainer Plugin...
I have extracted the .swf Flash file from the 'Ramp_Startup_Trainer.exe' file from Falcon 4 to use as a Plugin.
You can use this .swf flash file as a plugin in TB and then you have no problems with game minimizing when clicking on another app. If anybody is interested, just PM me for the .swf file.
