No problem. So, TB works too? I couldn't remember for sure, but it didn't work with either F4AF or RV. I thought it was RV that didn't work.

CTD's are another problem w/ the various flavors of F4. Some got lots, some gots few, but everyone I've talked to has had it happen. And it really sucks when you've put in the time/effort, completed your mission, on your way back and BANG!!!, it's gone. F4AF is pretty stable, I have to give them credit on that. You can run RV over top of F4AF, but it still disables TB's functionality in local mode (at least in my experience). If you do install this over AF, be aware, you cannot just uninstall RV... you have to uninstall it all, and then reinstall AF.
But glad to see you got RV to try it out. For future ref., bit torrent is a P2P file sharing program. Basically, you run the program, find/start the download & everyone else feeds off everyone else's download. I donated to Zorlac's charity when this thing got going, but you're right, it's time for another!

NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I was just about to get back into Falconing and after a lot of investigating I decided RV might be the way to go, not least because it should work well with one of my favorite gadgets, the TIR. Now you're telling me my other favorite gadget isn't going to work? Someone do something quick! Right now! Yesterday! I refuse to touch any flavor of F4 with a stick if I don't have TB and an excellent profile on my side. There are excellent F4 (RV) profiles available for download, right?

I feel your pain. Someone PM'ed me about 3 months ago saying that the RV devs were going to make it work with TB. He said he knew it. But time will tell I guess....

Yea, just local mode is broken. Everything works in client-server mode. I may get a new gaming pc this fall. Then I can use this pc as my client and not have this problem. But local mode works good for me now.

You really dont need much of a pc to run tb in client/server mode
for my client machine im running an athlon xp 1800 with a geforce 4 ti200 only a 10g hard drive just for tb and it runs great, very responsive, couldnt be happier, keep up the good work guys |
