Default renaming tabs?

Is it possible to rename tabs in the toolkit without ruining the mapped buttons and background on that tab?

I tried this earlier and I had to completely recreate the tab from scratch...

Thanks in advance.

You should just be able to open the Tab Editor and type a new name for any tab. Then click ok. It should not ruin the mapped buttons at all. Have you tried this?

yeah I've done that, and when I launched the actual profile in TB all the buttons were missing and were no longer showing in the toolkit inside the tab... I'm wondering if there's an option I dont have checked somewhere?

Are you using the most current versions of Toolkit and TB?

Yea, like Rugg said... The current version is 1.3.4, and it is the first download item in the Stable forum.

There was a bug like that. But I fixed it in the most recent version.

I am using the latest version of the toolkit 1.3.4.... just retested it and still deleting buttons from tab after being renamed... Is there a specific folder the buttons need to be placed in order for the toolkit to remap them to the renamed tab?

TB version is 1.3.0 rev 18

I thought that should work as I have a note in the readme maintenance section about fixing that bug. However, I looked am my notes on the current version which I have not released yet, and I have another note about fixing another bug like that. So, I can give you the new .exe file to use which should fix that.

I'll see you on TS...

Ohhhhh darn. Just fell victim to this after a solid 2 hour effort. Couldn't figure out what I did. Just had to rename them didn't I? Oh well, back to the sulphur mines

I assume the buttons are gone for good. Any chance I could get the new exe as well (citichick (at) gmail)?

Many thanks
