Try this one.
http://cisco.bupt.edu.cn/class-homep..._5_1_12_en.pdf It's really easy with a default XP installation. If you already have network adapters installed (standard equipment on many motherboards nowadays) it's just a matter of plugging in a cable and setting IP addresses... Until something goes wrong.
