i was looking at whats available for download, in the downloads section...
i was highly impressed by someone who made a custom profile for what i believe was for live for speed..another profile had like notebook- like background.. what i am curious about both these profiles, is how they had custom menu tabs... because, the menu tabs shown in the touchbuddy program, and in the toolkit, LOOKS so windows 98' ish.... how they make custom menu?? |

The menu tabs will always show at the bottom of the Toolkit so you can edit each tab.
But if you want them to be hidden in TouchBuddy, click on the Tab button in the Toolkit and hide the tabs you want hidden by unchecking the 'Tab is Visible' checkbox. Just make sure you have some TB button assigned to jump to/display that tab. This is all documented in the Toolkit help file... WBK

It's been so long that I cannot remember for sure, but I think maybe you can. It would be in the touchbuddy.cfg file if you can do it. I'm not at a pc with TB on it right now so I cannot check it for you...
BTW, are you Sparks from the WarHawks squad? Every fly with the Dangerdogz?

Hello Wild Bill,
I have checked the cfg file but only can find enable/disable function. Reason for revising position of the tab strip is that I have gued 2x TM MFD on a 15 inch screen and allocated the BMS MFD's into that. Now the MFD's are covering the tab strip. I couldn't move the MFD's a little higher else I didn't have enough body to glue on the border of my screen. Btw using TB in a normal screen with my mouse. Looking for some offer to get a cheap touch screen one day :-) I have been flying with Freebirds and VFW but donnot think we did meet in the sky. Sparks

Yea, I just looked and I don't see a way to move the tabstrip. However, you could hide it and make your own using images to jump to specific tabs. I did that with my IL2 profile. When you are editing a button in TouchBuddy Toolkit it gives you the option to have that button jump to a specific tab.
