Hi:
I've gotten a hold of a 7 inch screen that I would like to add to my setup. My questions are: can I output to 4 monitors with 2 7800 cards (not running sli)?; is there any way to convert a vga or dvi output to the 1 video componant cable (which fits this particular screen)?: this screen only runs off of a car battery. it takes 12 volts and 600 amps according to the Radio Shack guy. I tried splicing on the approriate wall outlet power source. It ran fine, but after a few minutes the power source started to melt . any way to power this thing from a wall? Many thanks

Its just a monitor. I went to a car audio place and the guy told me you need a minimum 12 V 3 Amp adapter. The radio shack guy actually said 12 V 1 Amp -as you can tell I am electrically challenged
. I have spliced the adapter, but I'm still trying to get 4 monitors to work. My next attempt is three monitors (working now) with this screen as a tv (using an s-video to composite adapter).Lucky I did not leave the room on an last night as the 1 amp adapter literally melted-could have been a fire hazard.
