It probably isn't but one have to ask anyway..
Is it possible to have a tab that can show some instruments from F4Glass software.. That would really really be useful.. I use to have all instruments on a second monitor but since I got my touch screen for touch buddy I havn't been able to connect alll screens.. I'm running with a single graphics card on a single computer =( Thanks |

You can make a new Tab for F4Glass, and in the Toolkit Tab Editor, check the Transparent checkbox to make that Tab Transparent. Put your F4 Glass behind TouchBuddy and then you should be able to see and click it when you select that tab in TB.
Also there is a TB Module called Click-Through if you want a smaller window. Give that a try.

Thanks.. Works great.. Except for one thing.. The tabs disappear too..
It's not really an issue since you know where to press anyway to change tabs but it's so annoying.. Can you bypass this somehow?? |

AFAIK, when you set at tab to transparent, the tabstrip should not also be transparent. I have not tried it though. But how are you supposed to change tabs then?
There is also a hotkey combination that you can press to make TB minimzie to a little square icon. (I can't remember or now find the info on that.) There is also a button on the TB tab to do that too. Then you can see whatever is behind it. Did you try the Click-Through TB Module fullscreen on a tab?

I tried both ways but with the same result.. The tabs still are there but you can't see them, so you can still change tab if you know where to press..
I must be doing wrong somewhere... |

I have not used Transparent Tabs or the Click-Through Module, so maybe Zorlac will see this and help out.
Did you see the 'Iconify TB' button on the *TB* tab, and try that?

I'm at work so I can't try it right now..
I've seen it but I thought it would just like minimize it and I need to get it back up again.. I'm changing tabs all the time.. The tabs are kinda flashing when I'm in the transparent or click-through window. I see that as a sign that something's wrong.. |

Give the Iconify button a try. It hides the entire TB window and puts a little square TB button in the top/left corner of the screen. I just tried it and my TB window was not set to stay on top of other windows. So the window behind it came on top when it clicked on it and stayed on top even if I restored the TB window. So, you may need to set your profile to Stay on Top.
Also, there is a Ctrl-Shift-Alt-I keyboard combination button that toggles it to an icon and back. I just tried it and it worked. Look in the touchbuddy.cfg file: Quote:

Nothing that I've tried seems to work but the iconify feature would work
like a charm if I can make it easier to use.. As it is now I have to first press the #TB# tab and then iconify and then the other way around when going back again.. As said before I change tabs all the time so this will not work for me.. I tried to make a tab called "Gauges" and make TB send a keystroke for "iconify" when I press it.. That would be just perfect but I didn't manage to make it work though It's either that or a window showing whats beneath it while the tabstrip's still there, not flashing.. Unfortunately I'm not able to make any of 'em work..I've changed pretty much everything back and forth in desperate attempts to get it functional but with no luck... Any ideas on this one?? |
