Can't resize active Modules

I can't rezise active modules in my tabs? I dont see the "rezise grippers" at all?!

Do I miss any option that might be selected?

Right click in the module itself. You'll see the resize bars show up on the perimeter.

Mhmm, I swear it did not work before, althoufg I tried the very same. But now it does!!

It's a little flakey. Most of the problem is with the Plugins, not the Modules though. For some reason the IE control will not let me know when it has been clicked. So if the user clicks the IE control, which is the main part of the Plugin, I can't enable the grippers. I just get in the habit of clicking the URL textbox in plugins and then I get the grippers.
