Ruggbutt,
I just fired up your F-15 profile and had to notice that some background images (e.g. left and right panel) are completely missing. When I start the profile within TBTK there seems to be a couple of images missing. Using your former F-15 profile I have no errors at all. Can you please check and do a repost of the new profile? Many thanks!

I know what was wrong. I modified my existing F-15 profile, and I changed over all the buttons and such to the new folder. Too bad I forgot one on the map page, and three background images.
It was reading those images from the old F-15 folder, which I assume you deleted (as the images were left blank). Re-uploading it and I double checked by pulling my old F-15 profile completely out of the TB folder.

The missing images are pointing to his old 'rugg-f15' folder. If you just open up the rugg-f15-1.3.tbc file and rename all rugg-f15\ to rugg-f15-1.3\ that should fix it.

WBK, is this profile uploaded to this site or is it using the link from my website? I tried to upload it last night but it's 24mb so I wasn't sure if it was too big for this site. If that's the case, I need to re-upload it so there aren't any issues for other users. If it's being hosted by my site then we're good because I can replace the old file with the new (fixed) version and no maintenance required.

When I just looked at the edit page for it, it was pointing to a .zip on your website. You can look at that too since you uploaded it right? Or can't you edit it?
EDIT: Also, if you look right below the File Upload textbox, there is a link to the file types and size limits. .zip files are currently limited to 12meg. The map folder in your profile is 20megs by itself. Maybe if you just removed the maps and let people download them separatly?

It's all good now. I deleted the other version from my site, then tried to d/l it. No such file exists! I completed the upload and now you can get it. So we're good to go. How large is the largest file the site will take? I remember there being a discussion about that a while back.

Also, I have a question about your profiles. I am just curious as to why some buttons use transparent hotspots, and others just use the image where the button resides. To me it seems you get the same result in TB either way. You have a image displayed where the button is, and when you touch that spot the button executes. What is the difference?

And it's frustrating as hell to line up .png's by firing up TK, moving the .png then firing up TB to verify. So my profile is a mix of the hotspots that worked for me at the beginning, and my "fix" by using images. Hotspots are easy to position though, even I don't have a problem with them. Part of it is probably just me being lazy and not wanting to go back into Photoshop to redo the hotspots into images. Now that I know what works I'll still prolly use a combination of both because my mind is twisted that way. ![]()
