Ya know, WBK's profile is the one I use too. Not to put blame anywhere but it's so good that I slacked on finishing this one cuz his was so fantastic. If and when DCS releases an AFM A10 then I'll redo this one complete so that we can use every button and panel in the A10.

One more question for ya'll: Do you want me to release this profile in it's native res (1600x1200 or thereabouts)? I know some of you run bigger screens, as do I.

I run TouchBuddy on my 800x600 screens so this resolution would be
totally sufficient for me. Bigger layouts would probably have too small
buttons on my screen - right?. I mean everything would be too small
to touch for 800x600 users.

PS: Will this be you final LockOn profile or will you do one for the MIG too?

I think you still got LOTS OF TIME until BS comes out on the DCS
platform. What's your opinion about this decision of ED anyway?
I think they kind of fooled everybody with not having LockOn jets
in the new sim - I mean after all these years of waiting and hoping.

I think TB will scale the profile to the screen res, I'll have to do some testing.

I've known for about 6 months that BS was going to be a stand alone. That's why I've been pushing ED for a patch for FC. Which is also why I got banned over on their forums.

I use the rescaling on my touchscreen all the time and it works great. Most profiles are 800x600, and I have TB rescale them to 640x480 which is my native res.

This is a valid point. There would be a definite size difference in the touch areas.

Well I think it depends on how many hot spots (switches) Rugg puts in there
on each panel. If I look at the picture above (which is superb as expected!)
I think this will be possible to use and touch with 800x600 resolution on my 8''
screens.

I'll scale the hotspots exactly as I did for my F-15 profile. Since it's 800x600 the hotspots are huge on my 17" screens, and just right for my (first) 8" screen. I've jogged the panels around so that I don't have to cut down the touch areas to something smaller.
