Default IL2 Pilots: Would anybody be willing to do a Review for Mission4Today?

I was contacted by 'Gamekeeper' on the Mission4Today.com website, asking if I would be willing to to a review on TouchBuddy. My nickname on that site and a few others is Snacko, so he didn't know that I was actually involved in the development.

He is looking for a 3rd party review of the software, how it's used, setup, etc... So, I was wondering if any of our IL2 Pilots would be willing to write this review?

You could look at this review for some ideas and inspiration.

Please post if you can do this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
WBK (aka Snacko)

I asked a friend of mine, Yoda, who posted an excellent review on our local forum to submit it to Gamekeeper for inclusion on M4T. Just got word that it has been posted. Here is the link:

Mission4Today › Content Menu › TouchBuddy and WBK's (aka Snacko) IL2 Profile Review

I fully recommend giving it a read. WBK you should ask Gamekeeper if he could add some links to your YouTube movies. I can imagine that there might be an upsurge in TB usage.

Overall just a great review. Yoda has done us up right! It's normal when things go wrong, everybody makes a comment. So, when I didn't get much feedback from my IL2 profile I guessed that was a good thing. But, it's nice to hear Yoda's comments in that article.

I have the TB Movies embedded in a Knowledge base Article Gamekeeper asked me to write. I assume you can also add them to Yoda's article as well. Or, where are you thinking he should have the links?

In Yoda's article he says:
Quote:
These (buttons) of course will not reset if you crash or bail out. If your gear was up and the indicator was green when you jumped, that is how it will be when you restart. Not a biggie to me. You could go to all the trouble resetting them before you starting taxing. I’m not sure what I will do. Time will tell.
TouchBuddy has a 'Reset' button on the *TB* tab to reset all of the buttons to their initial state. I use this before each flight to get those buttons back where they should be.
