Having a problem

I have the beta windows driver and it works good one time, i go and i fly and all is well. Then i turn off my computer for the night. Neext day i start it all up and it works well the touchbuddy before i get into the game, but, when i get into the game my touch doesnt work at all, i have to use the mouse (not what is the purpose) my finger when i touch it does nothing. Do i need to change something or calibrate something everytime?
