Actually, importing buttons from other profiles has been on my todo list for a long time now. I've just been too lazy. Summer....

Yeah, those were my favs too, although I preferred Fall. Where I was, the bugs were horrific in the Summer.

![]() Zorlac, you are a real card! You missed your standup calling! Vegas, where did you live in Ohio? I grew up in a small town by Toledo, went to OSU in Columbus, and after living in L.A. for 10 years have been here in Cincinnati for about 15. The Ohio River Valley is just beautiful. I just got done with a 200 mile ride up it with some buddys. ![]()

zorlac, hardy-har-har! I could hear the drum 'thump' right on cue with the punchline (or was that the offstage 'hook'?)
WBK, I lived in Huron (right on Lake Erie), about 10 miles from Cedar Point and about 60 miles from Toledo. Grew up in that area, was a police officer for 25 years there and then retired out here a couple years ago. Besides disliking the snow (that comes with having to work out in it for 25 years!), the mufflehead bugs were awful where I was at, then those died off because the Lake became cleaner, but then the mayflies took over! We didn't have it as bad as Port Clinton though (about 20 miles away on the lake). The mayflies are so bad there, they have to use SNOWPLOWS to clear up the streets! The cops there have to deal with accidents from people sliding on bug guts... Mmmmm.... bug guts! And I agree, there are parts of Ohio that are beautiful, but after almost 50 years of it, the western US is a welcome change, and also quite beautiful.

That's close to my hometown. I grew up in a little town called Archbold, about 40 miles west of Toledo. Never had any problems with those bugs. I never even heard of mufflehead bugs! Skeeters were the only thing we had and not many of them really. That area used to be called The Black Swamp, because it was all thick woods, swamps and mosquitos, when my Great, Great, Grandpa came from Switzerland. But they drained it, and now it is about the most fertile farmland in Ohio.
