Default Create New Active Modules

How were the active modules created? I would like to create one for a X3 profile. Any help would be appreciated.

TB has 2 ways to add code to it to add functionality.

1) Modules - These are built-in to TB when it is compiled, and users cannot add their own.

2) Plugins - A program can be written in another language, compiled and used as a Plugin in TouchBuddy. I have written a few using Visual Basic. Plugins are displayed in TB via a IE Web Browser. So, you must write a Plugin that can be displayed in a IE Web Browser, like an ActiveX program or control.
