Busy schedule has kept me away from TB and fight sims for a couple of months. Trying to get things on my computer back in order.
Have a problem with the plug-ins on WBKs profiles both 2.0 and 2.1. Everything works fine on my laptop but not my desktop. When I start the profile in TB Toolkit on my desktop, I get the following message for every plug-in: Do you want to save this file, or find a program online to open it? Name: WBKs_MSMP_Music_Plugin.vdb Type: Unknown File Type, 1.50KB From: \touchbuddy\profiles\WBK 2.1 Off-Line\IL2-S... The above message appears for each plugin. File structure and directories are the same on both computers. Plugins are in the correct file. Any suggestions. Thanks, MM |

This is an easy fix. You must have the profile using the .vbd file that came with the setup you installed. If the .vbd file is not from the .zip file with the setup that you installed on your computer, you will get that 'Save' message.

Howdy WBK!
Thanks for the fast reply. I had forgot that the plugins needed to be installed. This week I did a clean re-install of XP. I'll put that in my XP install notes so I do not forget on future rebuilds. All TB profiles now work as designed. BTW 2.1 looks great. Will put it to use after I get all my flight sim profiles and utilities back to normal. MM |

Thanks Mag! Long time, no type..
![]() I don't have every command in IL2 in the profile, but every one that I use is there. Glad you like it. It usually takes me a few versions to get a profile the way I want it. I was looking at the very first design of this profile yesterday and it as come a long way from conception: ![]()
