Default Touch Buddy slow to react

Hi,

I'm using TB on second screen (using mouse not fingers) for IL2. Just upgraded to Windows 7 (used to run it before on XP 64 BIT) but now it works really slowly.
I hit a button and there is almost a 10 second delay before the button reacts to the instruction. Has anyone got a suggested fix for this?

Thanks in advance.

Phew! Simple fix. I had it in "Client" mode instead of "Local"
