Do you have the desktop on your computer set to "Dualview"? What drivers did you install for the touchscreen?

Did you calibrate the touchscreen with the touchscreen software?

When i do the calibration, the screen shows up on my primary display...not my touchscreen.

Check out this thread.

Look at the second screenshot.

You need to click on the blue box labeled 2 (your second monitor/touchscreen). It should be selected (white). Then try again. This is kind of flakey, but if you try it a few times it should work.

Thanks. Turned out the usb driver needed to be updated to work. Works great now. Thanks everyone for your help.

Same with me ! Got my 8" nice little touchscreen today (finally after 2 weeks
waiting from EBAY) and now also had the problem that the mouse jumps back
to monitor no 1 (main).

But thank god there is WBK !!! Read his thread, jumped to website
http://www.egalax.com.tw, downloaded newest driver
for "touchkit", did the setup and

EVERYTHING WORKS FINE !!! MAN I LOVE THIS SUPPORT !!!

I was supprised that I got the same software with my touchscreen as
described in WBK's threat. Must be pretty popular for touchscreens! I
couldn't find any link to a webpage in the documentation coming with the
touchscreen.

THANKS AGAIN !

I've found that the software WBK talks about works on all the 8" screens.
