Default Timed Buttons

I'm not sure if this has been asked before but here goes: In the Su25(T) in LOMAC/FC the laser will run for a minute then automatically shut off to avoid overheating. Is there any way that we can use a timer that automatically changes the button's on/off state in 60 seconds?

Do you want this timed button option on "hold" buttons? When they time out and revert back to original state, do you want them to send their deselect macros or not?

Time out and revert back. The laser automatically shuts off. Also, if we manually shut off the button/switch it wouldn't mess with the timer would it?

OK, time out, revert back, and not send the deselect macro, and any pending timeout will get ignored if the button is manually deselected... thats doable

It'll prolly only be used for Su25, '25T and Ka50 profiles, but at least the user will be able to keep track of the current state of the laser.

AFAIK the laser in the ka-50 works slightly differently. it turns on as you fire, and stays on for the expecte flight time to target, plus a few seconds... then turns off (but as I dont have access to BS, despite my best efforts to gain access to the test team, i cant be 100% sure about that).

A timed button would also be good for the F4AF profile, especially for idle detent and jet start switches, they automatically reset in game after about 20 secs so it would be great if the profile mimicked this behaviour.

Keep up the awesome work dude,

'Rep
