May be my lack of understanding, but it seems that when more than 1 TS monitor is used and the tabs are hidden on both...any button that is configured to call the TBtab will only call it on one monitor.
In my case the TB tab will only appear on monitor 1 even if the button on monitor 2 is pressed. I am running 2 profiles (tho they are identical, they have different names) I used the TK to configure them to open where and how I want them. I have client side icons for each monitor and a server side icon for each profile. and have tried with only 1 server icon..no joy. The problem is....if the tb tab is hidden, I can't reset button status on the second monitor. Am I making any sense? |

err... not 100% sure i get what you mean, but are you saying that you have two copies of TB running, one on each screen, and pressing an on-screen button on one screen affects TB on the other screen?
Or maybe I`m losing the plot...

Thats pretty much it.
Let's see... Server = profile shortcut via tk client = profile 1 on monitor 1 profile 2 on monitor 2 both profiles have their own image folder both profiles have a button used to call the tb tab when I press the button on monitor 2...it calls the tb tab on monitor 1 when I press the button monitor 1 it still calls tb tab on monitor 1 I can never get to the tab on monitor 2 I have also tried this with a server shortcut to profile for each of the client instances..no joy there sorry I cant explane this any better...not a big deal I can always leave the tabs exposed on monitor 2. |

OK, this is weird then... VERY weird. Multiple TB instances do not talk to each other, they dont know if there are other TBs runnng, and they dont actually care.
PM me with your email address so I can get you to email me both the profiles to look at (I am very very curious now )

Images as well would be hice, just to be sure I am seeing what you are seeing.
If you press any other button (apart from button that calls the *TB* tab) on screen 2, do they work ok?

Got the images and replied, but I`ll mention the problem here:
The RESET button on one of the tabs is emulating the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+T hotkey command to bring up the *TB* window, but it appears that multiple copies of TB try to grab this hotkey, and one of them fails. Not sure which one (first or second) or why yet, but I know roughly what I am looking for. Maybe two applications cant set the same hotkey... maybe the first TB instance that receives the hotkey wakeup needs to pass the hotkey call on through the chain so other applications can receive this event as well. I`ll look into this soon and see if its fixable.

Changed both profilet to select+tab = *TB*
instead of macro = CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+T actually works better as when the macro is used the cursor must be in the on TS With select_tab cursor can stay in the game. Thanks again Z |
