Lately, the touchscreen shuts itself down automatically after a few minutes of no activity. My power management setup is such down nothing gets turn off or hibernates. Also, my USB hubs are all set to not shutting down for power conservation. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Is it my video card, or is it the touchscreen itself? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Have not heard of that before. What version of the TouchKit drivers are you using? I have had the best luck with the 4.3.0.2412 Beta version.
Maybe you should try it on another computer to see if it is the touchscreen doing it?

Looks like it is my touchscreen.
Tried the beta TouchKit driver, problem persists. Tried reversing the output ports for my primary monitor and the touchscreen, problem persists. Tried the touchscreen on a different computer, same problem. ![]() |
