I know, it's technically not a touch screen, but a laptop -right, it's a UMPC in truth- but it does have a touch screen.
It's as simple as this, it works. If you don't have a second machine to attach a touchscreen to, and you can't run local mode, this might be an alternative. Yes, it's not cheap (430 Pounds Sterling) and yes, they are quite hard to get hold of as they are seen as a grownups Asus Eee, but this is the solution for me. It doesn't stay in stock for long anywhere. The Armed Assault profile loads up a dream and looks like it was designed for the odd native resolution this machine has, which it wasn't. Absolutely lovely. Respect to the TB guys and Snake Eyes. Link to manufacturers website. Belinea - s.line Product Link to the people I bought it from. Buy a Belinea S Book 1 UMPC (1.2GHz, 1024MB, 80GB, XP Pro), #399501 - eXpansys UK Can you tell I'm impressed? Both with this machine and Touch Buddy. More gushing praise to follow soon! |
