Still looking to get into this whole TB and Touchscreen setup. What I'm thinkin' however is that if I am using a multi monitor setup already, that will not leave much room for a few smaller touchscreens. What about these USB only screens, will they work ?

Any touchscreen will work if you can get it working on your pc. TouchBuddy does not need any special custom equipment. It just needs a monitor to be displayed on. If it is a touchscreen, then all the better.
