The item was in stock, it was shipped the same day and the staff was personable and accommodating. They ship internationally by regular and courier service.

The screen itself is excellent and works as advertised with TB. It with accessories such as a head rest mount, touch pen, wall plug and remote control. The supplied software did not work for me, so I downloaded drivers which work great from here: http://www.egalax.com.tw/ .

Funny story: I presently work in Saudi Arabia where there are security concerns. The item was delayed at customs whilst Ministry clearances were obtained. It seems that the box cover art of a map display led them to believe it was some sort of radar .

Finally, the supplied remote bears the following legend: “Make Yourself Enjoyable and More Fun IN the Car.” Word to live, those.
