Hi everyone.. This is my first post..
As most of you, I love the world of simulators.. (FalconAF mostly) This software is the only reason for me to buy a new screen so... My opinion is.. GREAT JOB!! Finally I think Iäve gathered enough courage to get a touch screen.. The problem is that I'm from Sweden and it doesn't seem to be a big range of these screens here.. Well, there is but I've figured out from reading your posts that 800x600 as native res is the way to go and I can only find one within my 250$ limit.. That's why I doubt it so much and would really like your opinions.. What's wrong with this thing?!?!?! Lilliput 10.4" LCD FA1042-NP/C/T Touch http://cgi.ebay.com/LILLIPUT-10-4-CA...QQcmdZViewItem (This is the same screen but not the place where I'll buy it if you can recommend it, that site's in Swedish :P) Really appreciate it... /Elias BTW.. What do you think about 800x480?? Do you think the image would be kinda fuzzy?? Last edited by Whacker : 03-05-2007 at 09:05 PM. |

Lilliput screens work, we have several people here who use them
800x480 is a wide screen. TB is able to resize/rescale a profile at load time to make it fit, but unless you really want a wide screen for some reason, I would stick with 800x600 (prefered) or 640x480.

My 8" Innovatek is 640x480 native res, and even though I wish it was 800x600 native res it does not look blurry. It looks fine.

Thanks..
So it pretty much don't mather if it has 640x480 or 800x600 as native res if I'm mainly going to use it for TB?? It says that this one has 800x480 but it doesn't look wide to me.. AudioTech - Kvalitet till lägsta pris med bästa service och support! Last edited by Whacker : 03-06-2007 at 04:50 AM. |

800x600 is better than 640x480 to be honest. Scaling the profiles to fit a smaller screen does make the buttons/images a little blurry sometimes, but it all still works.

I was finally able to talk to a seller and it seems like one of their products
has wrong specs on the site and I'll get my 800x600 screen tomorrow.. It's the one seen in the link in my post above.. It's a Sanyo so I really hope it'll work with TB.. Well well, we'll keep in touch buddy (Sorry, bad joke) |
